Every time I have ordered it the insert is delayed/out of stock and I don't receive it until a month or two later. I ordered one for my niece at Christmas in early October and received it late January. Same thing for my nephew's birthday - still waiting for it to arrive. No one can give you any indication as to when you will receive it and why it is delayed. LM just puts all of the blame on the manufacturer (who you can't contact) and takes no responsibility for partnering with a vendor that is unreliable. Delays can be understandable and tolerable if there is someone or something to explain. but 3 times is enough and I am done ordering these. Order with caution! Oh, and the bags smell when you first get them so do not put them in a child's room until it has time to air out. And the stiching of the name comes out pretty easily. Comments about Lillian Vernon Replacement Insert Beanbag: I ordered new insert refills for my son's bean bags which had deflated to nothing and I ordered a new bag for my third son. They were waiting for them on Christmas morning so that they could sit in them and open their presents. Well the noise that the new inserts made was so loud that we had to move the bean bags in the other room. We have left them out for a few days hoping that they would settle a little bit and get better but sadly they haven't. We can't even let the kids sit in them while watching a movie because the noise that the inserts make if they move is so loud that we can't hear the TB. Pros

Service and delivery comments: It took 3 months to receive my order, I contacted Lillian Vernon at least a dozen times and got the runaround. They said it was a manufacturers problem but when I wanted to call the manufacturer they wouldn't give me a name or number. Customer service lied to me over and over again. Pros

The first one we ordered became as flat as a pancake, but the replacement seems to have plenty of filling. Service and delivery comments: When I ordered this item it was "Out of Stock" however, it arrived within a week! Comments about Lillian Vernon Replacement Insert Beanbag: I ordered these for my sons beanbag chairs, they are a good value and very comfy. They don't last as long as I would like (the beans flatten and you need another replacement after about 6-8 months) but I guess nothing's perfect. Pros
