Wish I would have looked at it a little more closely or read the reviews before ordering. The toy itself is pretty cute, but I was really disapointed in the personalization. It's just vinyl letter stickers on a plastic outer bag that will get tossed, because who gives a baby a plastic bag to play with?? Purse is cute, but would be better with embroidered letters on the actual toy.

I purchased this purse for my friends daughter. I wanted to get something cute & personalized for her 1st Birthday. I just received it today & boy was I disappointed when I saw it. The stick-on paper lettering is on the outer plastic case that will probably get thrown away. When looking at the purse online it looks like the purse is embroidered. Don't bother wasting your money on this poor quality item!

I was excited to see this in the catalog. When I received it it was kind of disappointing. The personalization is on the removable plastic outer shell. It's the kind of thing that has nothing to do with the toy! Most people would throw it out. I know my mistake was not looking closely at the catalog and now the description makes clear sense. Any hoo, not the quality I expected to give as a gift.

It was smaller than I had expected, and it looks so nicely put together in the picture but the actual plush part of the purse barely stay's inside the plastic part with my daughters name on it. I love the idea I wish it was better thought through before it was made!

This is an adorable design, but very cheaply made!
I bought 2 of these for friends' children. I wanted something personalized and thought these would be perfect! WRONG!!!! So cheap, the name is on the plastic cover which is just barely attached on with a pice of velcro. It isn't even necessary.

the name is on the outer plastic shell that comes off and doesn't seem necessary from the context of the purse. since i bought it for the personalization factor, the fact that the the inside is irrelevant.

Purse itself is cute, but the personalization is VERY cheap looking-- just stickers stuck on the plastic-- I could have done that myself-- I guess you get what you pay for, right?

I bought this for my fiance's niece, she is 2 years old.
It seemed really cute and was a great price.
When I got it, however, I was disappointed. Her name isn't on the plush purse itself, it's on the plastic "outer" purse that's sort of held on with a piece of velcro.
If her name wasn't on it, I would throw the plastic outside out.
Debating on whether to give it to her without her name or include the plastic.
Wouldn't reccommend.

The wipe off tote idea is cute except that it doesn't go with the plush purse. It should either be a plush personalized purse, or just the plastic tote with contents. The two bags don't work well together. If you just want a play purse for a baby it works for contents alone.
